-The fact that my Grandfather was the original owner (just a little bit of sentimental value)
-Never had the top of yet, but can't wait for summer too!
-Lot's of new old stock and after market parts (EBay is a great source)
-Very easy to work with very little knowledge.
-Great topic of conversation and an eye catcher.
-Just plane cool to drive a 36 year old vehicle.

I think the things I don't like would have to be what the Previous Owners have done or have not done (maintenance).

Like:

1) Unique
2) Easy to work on-except for the heavy parts
3) The brand new (1-day) paint job on the tub
4) All of you guys...Bronco crowd is a better crowd and not affraid to lend a hand to a fellow Bronco owner

Dislike:
1) The channel under the window-will be drilled and filled with POR15 shortly
2) The noise level-but I think line-x might help some (2 weeks)
3) RUST!!!!!!-POR15- undercoated and seam sealed

I like that when J**ps pass by me they start to give me the 'wave', whatever the hell that's for, and then realize it isn't a J**p and almost drive off of the road trying to figure out what it is.

I also like pulling up next to ricers at stop lights and blowing exhaust into their windows during the summer since my exhaust pipes are usually the same height as their roofs.

I dislike the fact that I live in a state where they will salt the roads even if there isn't any ice because they "have" to use all of the winters supply before spring hits. God forbid some form of government would actually try to conserve money.

I honestly love everything about em, the nostalgia, the following, the looks, the off road capabilities. The one thing I dont like is the Jeep owners that mistake it for their own kind and give you the wave.

The only disadvantage i've noticed is like most fords if you want to change engine or drive train you cant mix and match without practicly rebuilding the whole vehicle! GM just plug and play, everything will interchange.

What do you like or dislike about the EB

Ive had V8 Jeeps & Broncos. The Bronco got 20 mpg on the hiway, the Jeep 12.5. Bronco has more fuel capacity, better ride, more power. They both had crappy heaters & defrosters and were scary on ice without studded tires. I can lock things up in the Bronco where as the Jeep was a rag top. The biggest plus to me is the far better ride I guess in the Bronco. The Jeep beat the crap out of me. The Bronco body keeps craking no matter what I do. No comparison between the 9 inch and the puny Jeep rear ends. I liked them both really but prefer the EB

As it was already mentioned, I like the fact that what I don't like I can change. I like that when I finally got my first bronco that it had a cult-like appeal. Now, it seems like it's going the way of 68 camaros.

I also like the fact that there is a board I can go to anytime with questions and I'll get help. Everyone on this board has brought up something which, if not used, was at least considered.

I used to check Jon's site out when it was Jon's classic bronco stable, I used to always check the site out for new tech items. This is light years away from it's beginnings. A toast to Jon for what he's given us. Thanks!!!

Like alot of people have said, i like that it gets noticed. Its not another lifted jeep that never goes off road. Back when life didnt get in the way and i drove it, people would almost lock up their brakes to stop next to me and look at my bronco. Of course i was like, what the he!! is this person doing. Then they would just start talking to me and saying how nice it is. I have never seen or met some of these people and we would talk like we had know each other for years. When it sat behind my moms house, people would offer to buy it. It had no top, or anthing in the tub and was about 1/4 mile from the road, behind my moms house and they would still notice it. I to dislike the 3 on the tree. Go into 3rd and was like, ok where are the next 2 gears?? When i tried to go 70, with 4:10's, it was screaming down the road. The engine is awsome, reliable, easy to fix, and they are everywhere, almost like che#$ys 350.
