Going to start the steering on my 74, am going to use Ruffstuff offset 1 ton setup, but it's going in the stock TRU configuration. I am going to have a machined perched slotted into the tie rod tubing and then weld it up. Need to know what the taper on the the 1 ton ends run is it the 7* per inch . I posted this a long time ago and am only now getting to it. I am using the F150 knuckles out so I have inserts in it now, is the taper already big enough or do I need to still ream it out? Along with that do they use 1 ton ends on the drag link too with the same taper so all is the same? I was going to use their straight ends for that not the offset...Mo
