What wheels do I have?

I recently picked up a couple of wheels and can't find much on them. Are these Ford or Dodge wheels? They are 15x8 older steel wheels and the only marking on the outside of the wheel is K 1 8, DOT T 15 X 8, there is a 13 stamped as well. Here are a couple of pictures if anyone can identify. I don't see a Ford logo anywhere.

You’ll have to measure them. They are just stock steel wheels off of something.

They're Kelsey Hayes wheels for mid '70s Dodge Ramchargers. I have 4 of them on my '77 and they work great. The center hole is bigger than Ford truck wheels but that's no problem.

I want to add that Ford dog dish hub caps fit them.
