What year is this steering shaft??

75ish... looks like mine. The upper shaft is the one with 2 small bearings, same top and bottom for referance.

HNRYS69 is right , I am sure 74' and I believe 75' have this lower shaft. 76' and 77' have collapsable shaft to meet DOT regs. of 76'. The benefit to this shaft is that you can service the lower u-joint without reaming the yokes out. The bad part is that you have to get an upper shaft of the same year(s).

73-75 lower p/s shaft, 3/4-36 spline rag joint connection on the top. If you want to hook it to the 72 shaft you could use a Flaming River FR1702 joint.

Brian. I looked at that column again today and it has the fixed rag joint end instead on the removable like a 76-77. So apparently it would mate to yours exactly.
