whats the difference in OEM vrs made in the USA weather striping?

Just like the title says- whats the difference in OEM vrs made in the USA weather striping? doors lift gate, hood, etc.... all the rubber stuff that makes em not so "squeaky". ;D

There are lots of threads on this, but you may have to search under "seals."

Some have claimed that the repops are not quite the same size, but others have said that the ones available from our favorite Bronco vendors are spot-on.

Well OEM should be original equipment manufacturer, so I would assume it should fit just right.
but
I can't tell you first hand though if its "spot on"

Buy Dennis Carpenter or other brand name seals. The cheaper the price the worse it will fit (and will be generic). All of the seals I've replaced so far that were DC have fit good to great, the super cheap generic seals use a cheaper 'foam rubber' and they don't exactly fit like they should, yes they work but you'll be replacing them right after you install them like me...
