Wheel stud sizes

I am replacing all my wheel studs but I do nto know what size to put in. I do nto have my bronco with me its an hour away. I know I need to get studs that are 1.5 in long but what is the thread size diameter can anyone tell me? thank you so much if you can.

The threads are 1/2" dia. Half by 20's I think. Not sure what the shank size is, but be aware there are different diameters and lengths for that part too.
