Nobody said they were all bad, but you don't judge a bussiness by how it behaves when everyting goes as expected. You judge them by how they behave when a mistake is made. My experinece is that BC, WH, AFFOF, and Toms will bend over backward to make things right and make you happy, and actually have gone much further than they should have sometimes. Sorry to the rest of the vendors but I have pretty much stayed with these 5 and hve no experience with duffs, bronco hut etc.

I'll give anyone a chance, and until I have a reason not to (such as a thread as this) I'll keep giving them a chance. I once called the Bronco Hut, and Melissa didn't have the info I needed. She gave me Dans cell #, as he was out driving, and he answered and took care of business. I have had similar results with Toms and many good conversations with Wild Horses, and as long as I keep having good results I'm not gonna throw my business to somone who I keep hearing bad things about. It's just common sense, hopfully JBG sees how bad this publicity is on a site like this and does somthing about it. Once again, I've not had any bad dealings with them, but I am gonna stick with what I know. It's easier to get a bad name than to get rid of one.

After recalling some of the post here I don't see why Ben would catch such a ration. I recall a number of posts like "my left front turn signal doesn't work, anyone know why? Why is my eb is over heating? and someone else has to ask if he checked the water level. and worse, he admitted that he had not. :)
I for one think your post fits right in Ben :) My oinion is the ony stupid question is the one that is not ask. Some make me smile more than others.

What Chuck said X2! fun is fun but there is a line that when its crossed it's on. I applaud Ben for not crossing that line when he very well could have.

Chuck,

I hope you remind Jason of this tommorrow when he tells you about an email sent from some idiot in Houston who couldn't figure out how to install your exhaust hanger!!

Damn this sounds like PIRATE 4X4 ... I'M with Chuck on this one .. I think these simple questions are good for the newcomer with less than 400 post or so. And then You know I still ask a lot of questions that I could search for ...
But you young FRIENDS can find my answers faster than I can type it out..
...And when you ask one of these questions you also have the chance of getting answer ''I DID THIS FOR FREE''
...And when I have some I can't find I pm Ben and ask him if he can search it for me .. Thanks Ben .....

Thanks, the EB is more a passion than a job for most of us here. As I say "if I wasn't talking EBs I'd have to work."
