Where does this hose that is on my front axle go to?

I was prepping my 1977 Bronco's undercarriage so I could paint it with POR15 undercarriage paint when I discovered that I had a hose dangling from the front axle. There appears to be a T connector attached to the front axle. One of the lines is completely off. I don't know where it goes. I would appreciate any help in identifying what function it performs and where it is suppose to go. Thanks

One of the lines missing isn't a metal brake line is it? Your first picture only shows one brake line coming out. That t-connector should have one metal line coming in from your proportioning valve and 2 lines going out, one to each brake. The rubber hose is a vent line as previously posted.

No, it isn't a brake line. The only line that isn't connected is the rubber line. Thanks for the quick response. I will immediately run it up. Thanks!
