Where to install power brake vacuum line?

Since I don't have an EGR plate and the large port under the carb is being used by the PCV where can I attach the PB vacuum line? It's a plane-Jane 2-bbl 302 with out an original PB set-up..

There is usually a plug in the runner going to cylinder #4 on the intake. If there isn't already a nipple in that runner, put one in and use it.
