Duel is common and fine. Large tube drones. 2¼" will be plenty big for 2 pipes. Merged into a single and 2½" will be good.

Single is said to make a hair more torque. Plus, one less muffler to buy (about $100), less exhaust tubing, less stuff to get around while working underneath, less exhaust to hangup on obstacles, etc. I went from dual to single and would never go back except on maybe an old school street machine, not a Bronco.

hooker aero chamber is a really good sounding muffler and inexpensive. i have gotten 3 friends to run them and all are very glad they got them instead of a magnaflow(thats what are were leaning towards).

This has been a very informative thread - I learned about the hushpower and now about running a single exhaust out. Never would have thought that may be better than a double!!

I really like the hushpower. When I'm ready to post the pictures of my frame off I think I'll call it the Classic Broncos Forum Build thread. Because so far 75% of my build has come fro me here.

Thanks
