I have a better idea..... Go on Craiglist Denver Autoparts list view, I could have replaced my old Bronco motor with a very cheap good conditioned 302 several times in the past couple months alone.... I seen a killer deal last week for $300 for a 302 that had top parts well over that amount alone.... Good luck
