Who owns the EB in Aurora, IL?

I know this is a long shot, but today I saw a stock red uncut Bronco in a strip mall parking lot in Aurora, IL. I was making a delivery for work and I was at a stop light. I looked to my left and I couldn't believe my eyes. It wasn't restored or anything. It looked a little used and abused, but it was still nice. It had what looked like the original red paint, a white top, a white grill and white steel wheels. That was the first EB I had ever seen here in Illinois. Anyone here own it?

I live near midway airport and i have seen 2. one and old guy was driving it and it looked like it just came off the farm and the other was a green ranger which was all original. thats the only one's i have seen.
