Always loved this Bronco. Anyone know who's it is? Got any more pics of it?

Kinda wanted to know the color myself. Might be a little lighter than Arles Blue???? Maybe someone will chime in.

That's John Monroe's truck. He is/was a member of the LEBC in Texas. Unfortunately I believe that truck is cut up into a rockcrawler now. At one time he was going to make it so it was convertible from an uncut truck to a cut truck for rockcrawling, etc. I'm not sure how well that all worked out. I don't know if John is on classic or not. He was very active back in the EBML/Broncofix heydays.

It would be a terrible shame if that bronco was cut at all. I do like modified bronco's but that one was just about perfect.

Here's a few more pics of it and it's progression. He rolled it a couple of years ago and hasn't been seen since. He's gone through a couple of different rebuilds on it but never seems to get it wrapped up. Hopefully he'll get it done one day.

Man thats ashame... you dont start with a clean uncut like that and build a crawler... that is just wrong... You get one in rough shape and make a crawler out of it.

Damn thats a little depressing.....

His truck, and his money. That gives him the right to do whatever he wants to with it in my book. We all have our own paths.

exactly......%)

He built a truck that people are still inquiring about. That uncut pic is 10 years old. Progression is inevitable.

WOW!! What can you say? It's a one way street and I bet if John had it to do over, it would be different. However, maybe he don't have the same "Bronco Love" as most of the community on this forum. Without the "Love" it is "just a truck" so cut it up, stretch it out, weld it in, bend it over.......well.. you get the notion.

Backl to the original questions, it looks like it WAS a '67 Sport and the color looks like the '66 and '67 Marlin Blue.

wow. To each his own, is true. Seems like there are alot of ho-hum already cut rigs out there to do that to, but maybe it's more fun to do it to a clean uncut?
