I must be in the 1% because I have politely called one of the bronco vendors about my order and got the "what the hell are you calling me for, tone". For the record, I have never seen this vendor post on this board.Usually, 99% of the time, if a vendor's staff is rude or unhelpful on the telephone, it's a direct result of being treated rudely by the customer first.
I am thankful that there are some Bronco vendors that really seem to care about what they are selling. I guess that is why I only buy from them.
