Finally got the chassis back to where it was a couple weeks ago, it just looks 100% better. Frame sandblasted. Eastwood primer and extreme chassis black. Inside frame chassis spray as well. Installed the Wild Horses 2.5" suspension lift, including the steering stuff. Adjustable trac bar. New bushings in everything. Gonna install the shocks in a bit. Might wait because I don't want to scratch them up. Still waiting on the WH leaf springs (back ordered until maybe middle of June :( ). UPS managed to break open the extreme U-bolt kit and lose almost everything out of the box. Wild Horses is being great and sending replacement. This is my first experience with the company and I am impressed with their products and their customer support.

Looks great. Just did the exact same thing to mine. I didn't want to wait on the leafs from WH so I ordered my leaf's from Duffs.

Hey JAFO, looks great. Thanks for hanging in there on the springs.
Even though it's hard to tell from this angle how the steering linkage is installed, make sure that your draglink's lower end has it's grease fitting pointed upward in a roughly 45 degree angle (kind of up towards where the bumper will be someday) like the factory linkage did.

If that's how it is, great. I just looks a bit like it's facing straight ahead from this angle.
If you need to spin it a bit, just loosen all six adjusting clamps and rotate the tie-rod's centerlink up by hand. Then tighten everything down and away you go.

Can't wait to see the finished product. How's the body coming along?

No problem waiting on the springs, but the sooner the better of course. I have work to do before paint, so plenty to keep me busy.
I do not have the drag link pointed correctly and thank you for pointing that out. I have not tightened any adjusting clamps yet because I wasn't sure if everything was correct. I have done lots of mechanical work over the years, but as to suspension lifts or Broncos specifically, this is my first one. Has been fun, but tough at times and been many years in the making (due to moving, having the bronco in storage and such). I am now driven to complete this project.
An install guide with the suspension lift would be helpful. Or just a 'Watch out for these things' document for the novice suspension people.

This is the current state of the body. I lifted it off a couple of weeks ago so I could redo the chassis. Body is almost ready for paint. Have a few welds to clean up.
