Will Alignment cause increased posi grab?

Had my rig aligned yesterday and when I was drivin home I noticed it was chirping the tires on the mildest of curves...is it possible that alignment would affect this in some way? I know it sounds funny but it wasnt chirping like this before...thanks for any insight into this...

If any thing I would think it would cause it to work less here,s a question though is it a detroit locker? I,m guessing it is and in mild curves it may not be unlocking especially if your on the gas try letting off when in the turn see if it goes away I think your alignment would have to be way off before it caused this problem you would be more worried about keeping control than a little tire chirp
