You have to cut the rubber seal around the glass and pull it out. The seal has to be replaced when reinstalling the glass. There is a tool that basically consists of string. Line the inside of the new seal with the string and apply some lube. start the seal on the glass and then pull the string out seating the seal around the glass as you go.

;D ;D ;D In the warm weather I push out the glass use a 2x4 thats about 4' long and put on top of the glass and ues your feet to push easey and it will come out and you dont hurt the seal and to put back in you need a strong heavey string and just pull it good luck.;D ;D ;D Bill :cool: %) :p
