Windshield Washer / Squirter Only Works on Drivers Side

My windshield squirter only works on the drivers side. I replaced both squirters, same issue. The T is clear, wondering if the motor is worn out. Thoughts?

Try disconnecting the hoses from each nozzle. See if you have water that far.
