Wiring adapter/harness for aftermarket stereo install

I didn't see previous threads on this topic but I have to believe I'm not the 1st one that wanted to install an aftermarket stereo & didn't know what connector/adapter is needed. Can anyone assist me as all I could find close to my '73 were Scorche that started at 82-up! Thanks

Really all there is, is an ignition hot wire (yellow, with black strip), maybe a ground wire, and if the factory speaker is in the dash - it has a two prong rubber molded plug. With two black wires, one has a stripe....
