In short, NO.
Sealing the end of the axle tube is really not how they were designed. the axle and the axle tube are not machined for a seal in that area. However they do make a similar product that will fit in the axle but it is not a seal. more of a dust shield or dirt stop. however keep in mind that water and dirt needs to come out.
