Milodon dipstick upgrade

Haven't even ran the Bronco yet and oil was leaking from the stock (slip-in) dipstick tube. So I dropped the pan and welded a nut and studs on the inside plate, cut a new gasket to fit the plate, and bolted it all back together. Side benefit the tube clears the headers a lot better now.

Hi Travis, nice work on both the rear seat and the oil pan. I am sure the young ones will enjoy the ride in that seat! I’ve got the same issue with oil drips in that location and might borrow your idea.

Thanks Chuck! Next step is: I am getting some help with my wiring (to make sure I dont screw it up) and then I need to have an exhaust made. Getting closer!

Exhaust Done... Polishing the body next

Exhaust done. 2 into 1, Flowmaster 50. 2.25" in, 3" out.

Started the process of polishing the OG paint. Cleaned and clay bar'd the body and then spent a few hours hand polishing with #7. (look at the before and after rags....the paint was clean!) Then I have to wait 24 hrs to let the oils soak in and wipe off to do it again.

Shes Alive!

Finally... wiring done, engine broke in, and shes running. Just need the little things finished like carpet, put roll bar back in, get bikini top, etc.

The kids love it. The under seat sound bar is INCREDIBLE. It is really nice quality. Engine sounds so good with the new exhaust.

Had an issue with Tcase popping out of gear. Replaced detent spring and its fixed.

Can't wait. That's too long!
(yeah, I should talk!%))

Now you're going to have to bring the whole family up the next time.
You know, to let the kids learn how to drive a Bronco on the Rubicon, before they take it to high-school!!!
