What started as a simple repair of PO floor pan overlay has turned into a frame off restore. While I was not going to make this rig that nice I just could not overlook the rust. I want it to be solid for at least another 45 years.

The plan is to replace the flooring, all of it, the kick panels, inner front fenders (both sides), cowl, cowl brace, both door post, and the inner and outer rockers (both sides)
Replace the number 1, 2, and 4 floor braces.

The core support, front wheel wells, front fenders, rear wheel wells, both rear quarters (inner and outer), tailgate, doors, hood, grill, firewall, and windshield are good.

I have to do some of the same stuff to my '69, but for now will just do a quickie repair on the passenger floor so that seat doesn't rock. I want to drive it this summer, and am looking at a frame-off on my '76, so just need to get her on the road. Good luck with the job. When will it be done?

Hopefully by OCBR 2013 but in reality by OCBR 2014 or 2015 or 2016 or sometime before I am too old to drive it.

This is two week’s worth of work. I was able to remove the seat platform, the driver’s side inner and outer rocker, the driver’s side kick panel, the driver’s side door post, and the driver’s side inner fender. I have replaced the driver’s side rockers, kick panel, and door.

Yes I do like them if you run 3 ½” or more lift they certainly help with flex. Those are Bronco Bob’s. I think he supplies the vendors here with them.

Man I cannot believe it has been almost a year since I have touched this thing.

I was able to install floor support number 1 this weekend.

I have been able to screw down the transmission tunnel cover but not much more. It has been hard to find the time.

It is on the rotisserie. It is also at beaux312 who will be correcting my mistakes. It helps if you have a square and level frame to start with. Maybe it might get finished before I start drawing social security.

Mudstud, the rotisserie that your bronco is on looks familiar to me. Does it belong to
66ALRIDE?

BTW.....do you still go to Enterprise regularly? If so, PM me and lets get lunch. I would like to meet a fellow bronco brother and have some bronco talk.....

Also, I have FINALLY started back to work on mine. I have a friend that lives in Eufaula that is helping me get it back going. It is almost back on the road.

Thanks to his help, we have running GOOD, hydroboost brakes are working, and power steering is working. Now I have to mount the champion radiator, electric fan, and adjust manual transmission column shift linkages. I also prob have a few wiring grimlens to run down. I am almost there....
