Change in ride height at some point?
Original springs sagging or new taller springs?
What is the history of this Bronco and what else have you done to it?

I called the tech at Jeff's Bronco graveyard after i too had the same problem.
I also installed the kit witout the spacer , dampener and cup with the kit.( just the race, bearing and seal & old cups) ; however , the tech at Jeff;s BRONCO Graveyard insisted that the kit would work with the 1966????

maybe they can walk you through it

Going through the king pin install issues now on a 67" (per vin#) D30.
Where or from who can I find the Dana factory service manual ?
Are there an Id# on front axel to determine year of housing?
Are there any Differences in a 66 vs 67" housing?

Thanks .
