Update time. Coolant system done! Power steering system done. Charging system done.
Down to trans lines, shifter cable, overdrive delete button, and steering wheel. I'm so close I can taste it. Here's an update pic for you all.

Ok guys it's a wrap!!!! She runs drives stops, all lights, wiring, hoses, brackets, adapters working and functioning properly. Aside from a small leak on the trans lines she's bone dry.
So my last question is, do these computers need to "learn" a bit before they run better? Mines running good but I can hear it searching a bit a idle.
Trans shifts smoothly so far but I think I got a bad momentary switch. It takes it out of overdrive, but it done light up? It's the same little blue one from others posts.
Anyway here are some final pictures and thanks to all of you that helped me along the way.
Special big thank you to Garry EFI guy for making the EFI wiring such a breeze.

Great job! I'm starting the same process in a few weeks. The surging could possibly be caused by no air filter.

That thing looks beautiful!

The idle settings do adapt to some extent. But a surge sounds more like a mechanical issue, like a vac leak or that open air inlet getting fan wash. If you are going to keep it pointed forward I would suggest some sort of shield to keep the fan turbulence away at a minimum. I'm a fan of using factory air cleaner boxes and drawing in fresh air instead of hot underhood air.

Awesome guys thanks for the tips. My air filter is en route now and as you can tell from the pictures my steering wheel is on its way as well. So for now I'm just running it in the garage or slowly up and down the drive way.
I'll look into making some type of cold air box or a shield to keep that hot turbulent air away.
When I rev it up she purrs like a cat and sounds great. I can't wait to really get her out on the road.
Maybe a test drive video will be in order!!

Yep if you are running it without the filter it may be getting a little bit of false reading, get the filter installed then see how it does

You guys nailed it. Air filter in idles like a purring little kitten. I can't believe how big s difference that just made. Now to figure out a nice air box.
Thanks steve

Great news!
Same thing happens when we get too anxious and fire them up without an exhaust behind the 02 sensors. If the sensor is too close to the outside atmosphere, you get all sorts or squirrely readings.
