Repairing Window frames

Both of my window frames broke some time ago right where the window frame meets the door. I welded them back when that occurred and I was learning how to weld at the time (I am still a novice with welding). Since then the drivers frame broke again. I am wondering if anyone has had some good ways to repair these or if it's best to just cut the old and replace with new ones.

Thank you for any input you have

Don’t know how well this shows up in the picture, but someone posted it on the forum here. It’s a small triangle welded on the door and on the window frame. I’ll have to do the same thing on my ‘77.
