Repairing Wiper Cover

My wiper cover has a crack in the typical place where a lot of these break, but it has not completely broken off yet. I was thinking that I could add some superglue from the back and clamp it off, but for additional strength, I'd like to add something to beef up this area. My initial thought was maybe some FiberFix Repair wrap to the backside in layers / strips to where you couldn't see it once it was done? But I wanted to post in here first to see if anyone else had a better solution before trying that
