Troubleshooting #2: is this exhaust coming out from my headers?

We can’t really tell from here.
First of all, you said you sprayed it down, so you have to wait until it’s entirely dry. Don’t diagnose anything until then.
Second, you may have oil buildup, whether from a big leak, or just over time, on the header wrap.
Looks like the header wrap is a little compromised anyway, so even though it’s nice to have, you might consider taking it off if it looks oil soaked.
If it is oil soaked, it probably won’t stop smoking for a long time. and you’ll be smelling that oil burning the whole time too.

Was that you in the other oil leak discussion? If so, there’s a good chance it’s oil burning from a leak, and not exhaust.
You can sometimes hear exhaust leaks too.

But you can also tighten all the bolts. At least, check them and tighten them right off the bat before you bother to get new gaskets.

It doesn’t sound like you have an exhaust leak. My guess is the header wrap is soaked with whatever you used to clean and is now burning it off. I’d ditch that header wrap and redo it if you want it. That stuff you have on there is in rough shape.
