So was trying to order flowtek heads for a 93 t bird roller motor reusing stock GT40 (cobra cam) and they are asking for spring pressures. Cam is .282 intake and exhaust, 270 duration. This is my first engine build so I have no idea. Any recommendations? I can’t find any info online.

I was able to get ahold of tech at Howard’s cams- Edelbrock tech is unobtainium. They recommend 120# seat and 330# open as an upgrade from stock. Sound ok?

Do you have the cam card? Or at least the cam part number?
The cam card typically has a recommended valve spring ratings.
