Trying to decide between

Green Glow Poly as seen on Mono's Bronco
or
Reef Blue as seen on Croft75's uncut

Got this Bronco a couple years ago, was supposed to be a quick 3 month build as a lot of the dirty work was already done, Things happen and I havent touched it for 3 years except for move it 100miles. Time has come to finish it up. Honestly the goal from the start is to build it and sell it. I dont have the reserves to keep it at this time.

Goal...Nice daily driver that you can take to the hills on the weekend. Nothing hardcore. will go 2.5" SL, C4, EFI 302 with explorer goodies, stockish interior, family cage, uncut, hard top, AC, basically my daily driver.

Frame was already stripped and painted, axles were cleaned and painted, new ball joints, bushings, etc.
Gas tank and fill tubes are powdercoated. As are the door panels, dash and cage.

Has a 2.5" SL and a 2" BL - removing BL

BB rear, 76 Dana 44 front end with discs, power steering, C4, rust free tub.

Front clip will need a little work as it was crinkled at one point. Someone hammered it back but it looks kinda like Reynolds Wrap so I will replace at least the pass skirt and inner fender. - Went with another tub and decided to go uncut. I'll save this tub for another project.

Frame just needs a rub down to get it all clean and pretty. Started installing a new stainless brake line kit today that I've been saving. Ordered up a new set of frame to axle lines and caliper soft lines. Dropped the C4 off at the trans shop to be gone through and have a shift kit put in.

The reason I picked it up was the ease of putting it together. It really is a relief to not have to get crazy nasty dirty on the strip down. I can almost go straight for the build.

If anyone has suggestions on colors feel free to suggest, really not sure if I want to do a stock retro color, a modern color or a bright fun color.

Coach, I'm at 4 and a 65 stang. I need to pair down but I dont want to sell an undone project it just doesnt work with the pocketbook.

You're the man! You got the body off already?

Yup, stripped the whole thing down and took the body off with the cherry picker. Its solid so no issues with pulling it. Frame was even prettier than I thought it was going to be ;D

I need you to teach me how to get my wife to let me take over the gargae for a build up.
You are well on your way already having the body off and ready for work.
Let me know if you need the bit and tap for you efi swap if you decide to go that way.
Keep us up to date with good pics.

Hey Patrick, maybe we'll work something out.

Shawn, I do think about that offer still, we'll get you a stocker rolling one of these days!

Hey Mark, honestly, she's never had the garage ;D I think she has parked in it for a total of 2 months and that was until I started working on her Bronco, since then, its been all project! I am going to put the efi and 4r70w in the uncut next, this one will be pretty simple. I probably will take you up on that offer for the tap and bit when the time comes.

Looking good. As far as colors go I saw this on a GMC Acadia the other day. In direct sunlight it's gorgeous. I think it'd be awesome with some black flares and a grey interior

Hey Josh - since you're planning on selling this why not do a "custom build" for a customer?

Post up in the classifieds - you know as well as I do that there's at least one person per week on here who's looking for someone to build them a Bronco.

You've got a perfect candidate for a build. Why build it the way you want and hope someone else wants it that way? Let the future buyer tell you what their vision is and you build it to their specifications??? I think that would be awesome - you'd be like a goofier version of Chip Foose.

I don't know, Foose is pretty goofy :)
I am okay with doing that, just tough to do some of those not so as is things with a chunk of cash floating around.
I might still do so.
