Hey.

I'm trying to wire in a manual switch for the radiator fan. I have an illuminate toggle switch that has power post, ACC post and ground post. My spal fan is relay system with thermostat that is the ground. I can't seem to figure how to wire the switch. I think this is how it goes but I need confirmation. Right or way wrong?

Ground post to ground.
Power post to relay.
ACC post to thermostate switch.

Here is diagram of spal relay install. single fan.

Thanks,
Eugene

PWR to thermostat wire
ACC and GND to ground

It has an LED which is polarity sensitive so it probably won't work in that type of circuit. Might need to put a resistor between the ACC and ground to make it work.

Thanks viperwolf. I'll find the right resister for it and try it.

Are you wanting to run the fan with your engine off or kill it while the engine is running?

It's so you can turn the fan on in case the thermostat quiet working. Fan runs when engine runs.

Thanks,
Eugene
