I have newer exhaust manifolds (dorman 674-153 and 674-152) from a 90s truck/car so I can run my 5.0 setup with o2 sensors pre drilled in the manifold and has the dome collector on it.. my first question is has anyone used these before?
my main question is this for you exhaust gurus out there: is this passenger side enough clearance for an exhaust shop to work with getting pipe to the manifold? (No issue on drivers side). Original 69’ 302 all stock.

I have my axles off so I can’t tow to an exhaust shop but

And yes I know headers are great and that’s my next plan, but I like the simplicity / less long term issues of manifolds

Yeah...Headers SUCK! Biggest waste of money on a Bronco since EVER. All of them are compromise designs, and none of them fit right. A shorty header is a high performance joke. Leaky flanges, loose bolts, burned plug wires, crappy coatings, burned fingers ugh.

The best decision ever made was to go with cast iron manifolds. Factory used them for 80 years. If you want more flow, there are plenty of 289 K-code HiPo manifolds on Early Broncos. (Left side Z-bar is a problem if you are still running clutch linkage) But you are running a stone stock 302? I'd go back factory.

Unfortunately, your right hand manifold is for a 1980+ small block in an F-series. They made the frames wider starting in 80. You quickly reach a point of diminshing returns with that Right hand manifold. It's a lot of effort just to get an O2 bung. The factlory log manifold exits in the right direction. No one should be allowed to install an exhaust flange that cannot be serviced with a straight socket and an impact wrench. And it should be illegal to sell a 3/8-16 exhaust bolt with a head smaller than 9/16 inch.

Also, you probably don't want your exhaust built until after your front driveshaft is installed.

I really like quiet and maybe may really look into what you did. My old exhaust manifolds look pretty groddy, but maybe I could find another set in better condition. Thanks for posting.
