We’re proud to introduce the next evolution in our T-Rex Radius Arm lineup—now with fully adjustable caster correction, refined lower shock mounts, and improved installation instructions for serious trail use and daily comfort alike.

Whether you’re dialing in your Bronco’s alignment after a lift or pushing the limits on the trail, these arms give you the durability, control, and adjustability you’ve been asking for.

Key Features:

• On-Vehicle Caster Adjustability – Fine-tune your caster without removing the arm
• Precision Laser-Cut & CNC-Formed Steel – 3/16” American steel with a Signature Blue or Midnight Black powder-coated finish
• Bolt-on Installation – Reuses factory coil buckets and shock mounts (no welding required)
• Made in the USA – Built in-house with pride since 1967

This new generation is the result of customer feedback, real-world testing, and years of off-road experience. We designed it to be a true bolt-on-and-thrash-it solution.

👇 Have questions? Fire away!

We’re here to answer anything about installation, compatibility, or how these arms compare to older versions. Whether you’re running stock coils or a long-travel setup, we’ve got you covered.

FAQ:
Q: Can this new system be retrofitted to my current arms?
A: No, it's a completely new internal design

Q: Is this available on long arms?
A: Not at this time, the long arms provide enough caster with the proper bushing.

Q: Do you plan to offer this in your performance packages and lift systems?
A: Yes, in the future we'll have these in different systems. We will have a new 3.5" t-rex performance package in the near future. 35 inch tires and no body lift - we got you covered.

Q: Do I need to use drop brackets with these on a 3.5" plus suspension lift?
A: No, this alone was a huge reason for us to develop these; you no longer have to have those ugly rock-dragging brackets to gain enough caster on 3.5+ of suspension lift.

Web page description says:

That should be enough to work with 3.5" lift with stock-ish C-bushings.
You'll want 4* bushings most likely, with a factory length arm the caster change through the cycle of the suspension is pretty drastic, 4-degree bushings will get you where you need to be.
