looking to add a 2" receiver without spending over 350.00 from Toms (shipped).....I don't have a welder so a bolt on option would be best.....Just to clarify, this receiver will only be for moving garbage bins up and down my driveway so very little weight and in no way ever be used to actually tow anything on the road...

Something like this bolted to the driver side (away from spare tire) frame horn.

The problem with that idea is while you never intend to do anything except roll trash cans. That little fact will get lost. Someone will put a bike rack on it and the leverage that goes with it. Or it will get used as a recovery point. Might not even be you. What little truck truck improvised work I have done, a 2" reciever hitch is a great place to pull or even tie down. Because they are always strong enough to do that. At least the guy hooking to that point will think that.

I don’t have the pic anymore but my 77 came with a dealer installed ford labeled hitch that bolted to the bumper

I have one that I just took off it bolts to the bottom of the bumper but it’s heavy and would cost a fortune to ship. I’m in California if you’re interested.

Really appreciate the offer! I went ahead and bought Toms that they had on "scratch and dent" special for 220.00 and shipping was only 40.00. Not sure why shipping was so cheap, but it was...So I went that route
