Help identifying seats. Yeah, good luck to me.

These seats are really, really comfortable, but also really really dirty looking and have a few small holes.

Does anyone have an idea what a previous owner might have sourced them from? I was going to try to find some seat covers but none of the universal ones seem like they're going to fit very well.

Looks like Ford seats. Maybe old Ranger/Bronco II base model?
Even similar to older Mustang seats, but a little less “sculpted” maybe?

If there is any piece on the seat bracket or framework that has a number stamped on it, you might be able to run that number through google and get back a match. I did that on a seatbelt buckle and it came back belonging to Hyundai seats.

That's interesting. When I get back from Throwback I'll look.

Wow, I think you nailed it. 👍🏻
I've had 3 different SN95's and had at one point SN95 seats in my Bronco until I swapped them for Mastercraft Suspension seats. The only thing thats throwing me off is the bottom cushion looks thick which is why I think Todd might be right that they're fox body seats or maybe Full Size Bronco seats since those are the only other seats I could think of that would need to tilt forward to let passengers in the back seat.

i have the same ones in my 79 - slightly different pattern but same thickness on the back support and bottom cushion. i pulled them out of a ford tempo and added arm rests from a ford Aerostar

the 2 door tempo seats fold forward like our original bronco seats do
the 4 door tempos do not.

I should be able to find some seat covers that'll work with these. Hope I can find some saddle blanket covers, I like those.
