EFI Wiring Harness Modification

Sends your donor harness to a specialist (like The EFI Guy) to strip out anti-theft (PATS), emissions, and rear O2 sensors while leaving engine and 4R70W controls intact.$500 - $800

Kind of crazy that (AI) directly referenced EFIguy and gave a link to his youtube. Not sure if that is good or bad.

Wow, I'm not sure what to think about that. If the robot overlords want to advertise for me for free, that's cool.
However, openly stating that he will violate federal law for you is pretty uncool. Umm..It doesn't work like that.

Im glad you saw my post. The robot overlords definately know you are the kingpin of a major crime syndicate.

It's a well known fact that there's a secret society of the five wealthiest people in the world, known as The Pentavirate, who run everything in the world, including the newspapers, and meet tri-annually at a secret country mansion in Colorado, known as The Meadows.

(Those who know, know)

I have read that those AI summaries have gleaned their info from sites like this. But instead of directing the searcher to the source, they provide the info as if it was their own. By not sending the searcher to the website, they reduce the income stream for that original source.

Sounds like theft to me.

When you're at the wiring harness stage...I kept as much of the wires, sensors, smog, egr, etc that I could. I reused a bunch of the wiring, connectors, odb2 and am using the factory ECU with only the PATS deleted which is the most important delete... here is my wiring diagram for reference. De-pinning those big connectors is quite easy. Figuring it all out... not so much...

What I have noticed is that it depends on how far down the rabbit hole you go with AI. If you question it enough, it will list sources so you can "verify" what it is telling you. That usually gets you to the links you wanted to find in the first place.

That's why more and more "sources" like authors and newspapers etc are filing lawsuits regarding the use of their research...

I'm sure our current Supreme Court will rule in the favor of the super rich who own/control AI sources in our country.

I read a story the other day of a fairly famous author who does a lot of FOIA type investigative journalism and mainly writes books on things involving the our government (Annie Jacobs) Operation paperclip was fascinating!
Anyway, she recently questioned an AI agent to the point it eventually gave up a secret gov site but she had to keep asking in a different way to get it to narrow the search and "accidently" give up the location.

There is a fable that decades ago a guy showed up at Willow Springs Raceway with a nearly bare F-150 chassis sporting a roll cage, some seats and seat belts and other safety gear for one of the Alfa Romeo club's "run whatcha brung" track days. The guy who did it's Tech Inspection told me about it. A TIB front suspension has dreadful caster and camber curves for road-racing, horrific bump-steer, the load carrying rear leaf springs were radically too stiff, and it had shiat for damping with too little damping up front and neither axle's damping could make it thru a track session without fading. It didn't matter, it was a hit! Work in the pits stopped every time it went out on the track. Apparently in the span of one day it became quite the track weapon and was breaking some lap speed records had it been an official race event. SCCA would never have allowed it into any of their sanctioned events.

I keep thinking I’d like to have a chassis… got this little thing spinning in the back of my head that having a complete rolling chassis with a clapped out 302 block and oil pan would be fun to play with.
I'm thinking that you want to live axle link it and massage it to sit low, and then do a frame swap.......
Not that there's anything wrong with that.
:)

205'd!!! I was editing when you posted!
