call you local windshield places, when I replaced mine it was in stock local so it only took 1 day to get it. Call all the places listed to find the best price, if you are installing it make sure you let them know it will be cheaper.
Get a new gasket from the Bronco vendors. I paid about $100.

Another vote for finding the shopping around to find the best price. If you are comfortable with putting it in and dont need it NOW a vendor might be able to help you out. Putting it in yourself will save ya money for sure. I have a few glass places locally and any time I have needed a window prices have been all over the place.

Local glass shop $80.25 installed. Measure the windshield and call and ask for safety glass that size. Some shops want to charge more for a windshield than safety glass, even when they would cut both from the same sheet of glass. I would replace the gasket at the same time.

They will measure the old one and make a duplicate. not too worry, it is pretty hard to screw up a Bronco windshield. You would have to work at making a mistake on one.

When you call around be sure to let them know that it is just flat glass. They will often rattle off a cost that assumes that it is either curved or that you don't know that flat glass is a lot cheaper.

anyone ever remove one from one windshield frame and install in another themselves? is this something that should be left to the pros?
