Hood support using hydraulic props

I've got Tom's hydraulic hood props on my Bronco. I just noticed that one side of the hood has a small crease and it's allowing the hood to buckle when closing. What have others done to add support to the hood to prevent further damage? I went on their site and I don't see any pre-fab'd support brackets.

Thanks

Every bronco hood does that eventually, in my experience anyway, without the hydraulic prop system, the system just exposes the week link immediately. As stated by @jeffncs add some angle iron along the length of the hood, preferably all the way to the leading edge. I've never had one not crack over time, especially since we are now driving these machines faster than ever before, the air pressure is intense.

I bond a piece of 1/2 square tubing to the underside of all our hoods.

When I bought hood struts, I settled on Duffs, because they had the support across both cross braces and the strut anchor points on the hood were farther from the hinges.
Same. I had a set from BC years ago for a fiberglass hood and they were bonded to the hood with a supplied epoxy. Worked great.
