After several years of procrastination. I finally ordered a Marti Report. For my 1976 Special Decor. One coincidence I noticed with the report. My Bronco was built on the day I retired, 50 years to the day. LOL

Here's a good one. If I were able to go back in time and order a Bronco, this is how I would spec it out. Color, interior and locking axel's 👍🏻.

Three different Marti’s and three different tire sizes.
Of course, the years are different too, which can explain some aspects. But it’s still interesting. We were just talking about stock tire sizes recently.

I think we’ve touched on that before about Denvers specifically.
Could it be that they were originally supposed to be Stroppes and got sidetracked at the time?

I don't think so. There are Baja Broncos that were built after the Denvers.

Ok, wasn't sure. But might there still have been a "cancelled order" or whatever might have caused a glitch in the giddy-up during production?
Sounds like the dealers in Denver (or someone) wanted a special edition, but why with the same color scheme as a Baja by Stroppe setup?
