I`ve used a heli-coil to fix stripped out threads on my manifold before held up good , just have to be careful drilling the hole so you don`t go to far.

So do I need to unbolt the flywheel and spin the tc around till it lines up with one of the holes in the flywheel? Will that work?

Its a 75 but i think the po bought it seperate because it wasnt installed when i bought the bronco ,the whole bronco was a basket case when i bought it.

Any other ideas???

It doesnt have one I just went around 3 or 4 times and dont see it,one hole has threads like one was there but nothing behind it

Trying to drain my c-4 , is there a way to get the fluid out of the torque converter to? I would like to get as much of the burnt fluid out as possible, or do I need to take it some where and get it flushed?

Put a shroud on mine and lowered my rad.because i had skipped that during the body lift, now it runs at .180 all the time

No its not leaking anymore it onlydid it while it was hot,its been in the garage since I got back and i`ve started up and let it run still no leak. Seems like it`s only when i`m on a incline( nose up ) and it`s hot,thanks you guys for the advice I think I`ll have it flushed and take a look in...

No it seems to shift ok and it takes right off from idle, I can`t feel any slipping now.

Anybody have any ideas ?

Four wheeling this last weekend and my c-4 got a little hot, it started dripping fluid out the front of the tranny and started slipping so bad I could`nt go any where, let it cool down for a hour or so and headed home.,it worked fine on the way home(about a hour drive thru a mountain pass). So...

I`m with broncoP I didnt see very much eb stuff,kinda disapointing after driving 4 1/2 hours. but still great towonder around and look.

I don`t know who made the arms ,I bought them off ebay awhile back. The arms are not the tube style like cages or duffs they look like they just added 12inches with flat plate andnew threaded ends.

I`m installing longer radius arms and wondering which C bushings to use. I have a set that came with the 3.5 lift I think they are 6 degrees or should I go back to 2 degree bushings? The arms are 12 inches longer. Any heip would be great.
