I just finished my atlas 4 install. Didn't have the guts to notch the frame. I've got Duffs long arms. You could take the piece that you cut out and reverse it, then weld it back in to start with.

Since there are no u-bolts when these are used, I'll bend some flat stock to box the underside of axle housing. Then attach to bottom of spring perches.

After initial install of Atlas 4 shifters were aligned perfect. Then I installed the Hiem linkage upgrade. Shifters get turned around, and need to be bent to get the boot on tunnel. Can I use a map gas torch to heat to bend, or will I need a regular torch? Also will the plastic bushings get...

I welded my long arm bracket and only had 2 bolts in. Removed 1 before the install, turned the other around with nut on out side of frame. After install, wish I had just removed the other bolt also. turned the big bolt that goes through long arm hiem around before install. After install today...

I'm installing an atlas 4 today. Mocked up shifters Saturday. Also had little to no instructions. Mine came with the shifter tube mount DOM about 9" long, was yours that long? Think I'll have to cut to fit after t case is installed.

Well, I was needing info on how to break the beads with the insert inside the tire, get the two halfs back together, etc. Did the first one, took 6 hours, and it leaked when I aired it up. Called Stazworks on tuesday, order the tyre pliers, new O-rings, and shims for the inserts. Got 3 done...
