    Probably not "all". The people that have a rusted out chassis beyond repair and need a new one may look at this differently. Seems there are compelling arguments on both sides of the issue as is usually the case in life.

    My assessment from the description is the cost of rust repair will exceed the cost of buying a new tub; Therefore I would be at $7500 to $8,000. You are basically buying a rolling chassis with title.
