    When people ask me for advice, I tell them buy the bronco with the very nicest body you can find. The mechanical portion of these trucks is way less costly....Even a new body, to make right... is more costly than you would think.

    Your work is fantastic. Hard to believe you have not done one before. It is always best to use a copper heater core with a copper radiator. Aluminum with aluminum. Dis similar metals can create electrloysis.

    66 moral dilemma

    I am unclear what you are saying. 5K8 should be an August 8th 1965 build date which is exactly what your truck should have come with. Am I missing something?

    Weather stripping adhesion

    I found it best to wipe the rubber down with rubbing alcohol. The molds are coated with a releasing agent to allow them to be removed. The releasing agent will keep the rubber from adhering to your truck. If you remove it, it will stick better... Mark in San Diego, Beach City Broncos
