My floors are already in rough shape with cheap sheet metal riveted over them so I just cut into it. It has been torched too. I will just have to see what the DMV says whenever I end up trying to register it. I've never had them want to confirm the frame vin so we will see.

Only difference I've seen is it has an automatic instead of manual with a 73 engine. The PO didn't have it registered but the guy he bought it from did, he did get the vin wrong 11 instead of H though. I am going to cut the floors and see if I can see the other vin locations, looking from under...

Cleaned up and rebuilt the carb, then found out the battery is completely dead even after being on a charger. Also looked for the frame VIN and found it cut out, so I'm guessing it has had the frame swapped because there is still correct color paint under the rattle can black in the engine bay.

Guy I bought mine from had to use a plasma cutter to cut off the custom bumpers the previous owner installed. He said it lifted the bronco up a good inch or two after they were cut off.

He used the GM TBI, I sold his setup after he passed away a few years ago because I didn't have a use for it at the time.

My grandfather did that on his 250 I6 in his old mustang, ran fairly well from what I remember. He did eventually pull it all back off and put a 1bbl back on it after he sold off the aussie head.

You might have to take off the BMW track/frame and use a stock bronco or mustang track. When I installed my late model mustang seats that is what I had to do to make sure I wasn't looking at the windshield frame.

Dealers are getting them in slowly. I have seen 4 or 5 people on Reddit that have bought one and our local dealer has 2 on the lot for sale.

Really not even close to a Flex, its a 4wd Escape with ~8" less room.

Roush or Whipple would be who I would choose.

Almost did that so my mustang seats would fit. Ended up having to toss out the seat track setup they had and making a stock set work. Gave me about 3 more inches of room.

A set of fox body or S197 mustang seats with a TMI upholstery kit would work.

Went this route but could only get 3, so now I have to wait for them to restock.

Not too bad, looks like about a 2 hour drive. If you do have a complete set I'm definitely interested.

So I decided to tinker with them to free up more space. I took off the stock seat tracks and adapted a set off of a 66 mustang since I don't have any from a bronco. Gave me 3 more inches of room, sits much better now.

None that I know of, I will probably just tag along with the Rocket City Mustang Club. I know one member there had mentioned a Bronco club but I don't see anything happening until the new ones start rolling out next summer.
