    75 Bronco will not start

I also don't buy that explanation, Low vacuum should just make the pedal hard to push, not go to the floor. I still think you have air in the system and the added pressure from the booster (when running) is just compressing it, making the pedal go down further to the floor. Post some pictures...

What Tool box to buy for Bronco tools?

X2 , I got both of my big Mac Tools boxes used about 30 years ago and they are still going strong. You can't go wrong with a used high end box.

    Steering Issues

X3, the hole is just there so you can get the snap ring out but the O-Ring on that end cap is what is leaking. Easy to change.

2.5" SL lift- do I really need a trac bar drop bracket?

I have a drop pitman but no track bar drop because the 76 and 77 already had a longer drop from the factory. I also have an adjustable track bar and adjustable 1 ton steering. With everything adjusted and 7 degree C bushings it drives really straight, except for the torque steer from the locker...

You can replace the headlight switch without removing the dash. It's tight back there but you can do it.

    75 Bronco will not start

I thought it was looped too. ;D I think swapping sides on the calipers and getting all the air out will fix his problem.

    75 Bronco will not start

You need to reverse the calipers from one side to the other, you will never get all the air out like it is.

    75 Bronco will not start

Those calipers are on the wrong side.

    75 Bronco will not start

Yeah, something is off about the way that master is plumed to the proportioning valve. Also we need to see some good pictures of the front calipers and how they are mounted.

    Braking question

That's great news, glad it was an easy fix.

    75 Bronco will not start

Sounds like your calipers are on the wrong side to me. We need to see some good pictures of how the calipers are mounted.

    Electrical

Where did you jumper it to do your tests? If you jumper it at the back of the alternator and test for voltage at the alternator and you still got no extra voltage then the alternator is bad. If you jumper it at the regulator plug it could be the wiring, fusible link, plug behind the Amp meter...

    Electrical

Unfortunately new does not always mean working, time to diagnose the problem. Check the wiring first and then Full field the alternator and check the voltage right at the back post. If it works there it's probably the regulator.
