    Transmission/Tranfer case help

You may want to do some measuring but I'm pretty sure that BW4406 will be to wide to fit between the frame rails on a Bronco.

    ISO Bronco Technical consultant(s)

The Explorer swap is much easier and cheaper than a Coyote swap.

    1973 egr carb spacer issues

That could certainly cause your idle issue. Any 1" block for a 2bbl Motorcraft should work, even one with a PCV port (you can just block it off). Just make sure you get the right gaskets.

    Just Started to Overheat

Darn, that doesn't sound good. 5 lbs of pressure on a new motor is a bad thing for sure.

    Hydroboost questions

What is that block that's causing your problem for? I've never seen one with that before. Could you just remove it and use a line with a banjo fitting on the end?

    LED headlights who has ‘em?

I have some cheap ones from Amazon and they have been great. I already had headlight relays but other than that they plugged right in.

    "Chief" rebuild story

Nice job, A little paint and that will be good as new.

    Electrical gremlins are back

You may want to install a headlight relay setup from one of the vendors. It's a great upgrade and takes all the load off of the headlight switch and the old wiring. Also you can check your alternator by by-passing the regulator (full fielding the alternator). That will tell you if the...

    Mickey thompson wheels

X2, I have the 15 x 10s on my 77 and had to use a 1/4" spacer as well. The website says 3.63 backspace for the 15x10 wheel.

Atlas II transfer case worth it?

I agree, you don't need an Atlas for a street only Bronco. The NP205 will be your cheapest option, followed closely by the D20 adapter.
