Finally got around to installing my new intake set up...

Finally got around to installing the new Edelbrock intake, 76 mm C&L mass air w/24 lbs injectors, 70 mm Edelbrock/BBK throttle body along with new intake tubing. Throttle response is quicker and crisper, seat of the pants feel is quite a bit better too. Drove it about 10 miles and the results...

I'm not coming close to thinking we are going to see half or a third of it. Just to get a good taste in my mouth to want to return in the fall for Suzy's event.

The stock hard too fits it with not problem. We always recommend checking clearance before final welding, though I have never had any complaints. The dash pad will have to be removed, there's a dash spreader bar that goes in its place. Here's a pic of mine with the hard top.

Good question !! It all depends on the group we get. The two I know for sure that's coming are on 40's and tons. That doesn't mean we have to do all extreme trails either though… Most of us are up for just about anything, as long as we are not at work!
