send the harmonic to DamperDudes for rebalance to 28 oz-in or just buy one of theirs... Explorer crank pulley/harmonic is one piece and has unique offset. Alternative is to buy WH crank pulley and use your harmonic. Assuming its a 351W and not 351C, all the pieces will bolt up perfectly...

Explorer balancer has unique offset and 1 pc with the crank pulley, fyi...

You would be amazed at what you can print in metal these days... it will cost you 2 arms and a leg though...

I do something similar. I put strips of tape on the inside of the glass and peel a strip or 2 off when its so hazed that I can't see... gives me a fresh view. I wasn't aware of the tempered glass... will have to check that out.

Similar to Lars, running 35s, hydroboost and 4x4x2 box using a junkyard p.s. pump. there is athread here that talks about boosting output using superduty internals. always wanted to try it but haven't gotten around to it yet...

radiator shop made mine up... shouldn't be too to get made. I didn't consider the AN option back then. Worth checking out...
