Tom's sells this seat for $259 plus shipping and it comes with the brackets to make install a cinch. The Trailmax back seat looks like the way to go though.

If you have Facebook then join some pages that are for swapping/selling/trading engines or parts near you. There are several pages I'm apart of and one in particular always has older engines for sale.

I went with a disc brake conversion and have all the drum brake parts if anyone needs them. Free pick up, don't really want to ship but if you are in a pinch I may consider it for shipping cost. UPDATE: Backing plates and drums left, everything else is gone. Let me know if you can use this.
