    Gel-cell or dry cell battery

I bought a Sears AGM battery for $236 after doing a bunch of research. I wanted an Optima then heard all the horror stories and how the quality went out the window. Then I looked into Odyssey but didn't have a retailer in my area. Decided to give Sears a go after some reading about six months ago.

    OCBR 2015 hotel update

I wasn't sure what to think of the KI this year with it being my first time but my brother and I had a good stay. It's an old hotel that won't ever be nice but is cheap and did what we needed it to do; gave us a decent place to sleep close to the park for an inexpensive price. The guy who...

    Moving steering box forward

Thanks for the replies. Both of you guys said back, did you mean forward? Here's a pictures I took of my current steering box and my 78 Bronco steering box for comparison. By looking at the measurements in the pictures, does that mean that I could move my axle forward about 6.5" (or is it...

    1971 U14 Build

Took the Bronco to OCBR and had a blast. It did great and I had no problems on the 2-3 trails. The Detroit Locker made it turn a little wide and I had to back up a few times but it pulled the truck up the rocks with no slippage so I'm happy. My rear suspension was hard as a rock and it could be...

    Moving steering box forward

I am wanting to do the same thing and didn't want to start a new thread. How far forward can I move it without getting into my grill? I don't want to narrow the front or cut a lot out of the grill but want to move it forward a few inches and run up to 37s. I'm going full width and will be...

Pull the head off and measure the stroke? That's not visual but could be your only way. It's not too invasive.

If you have Facebook then join some pages that are for swapping/selling/trading engines or parts near you. There are several pages I'm apart of and one in particular always has older engines for sale.

    TX D44 Drum Brake stuff

I went with a disc brake conversion and have all the drum brake parts if anyone needs them. Free pick up, don't really want to ship but if you are in a pinch I may consider it for shipping cost. UPDATE: Backing plates and drums left, everything else is gone. Let me know if you can use this.
