    The boulevard buggy

Hi Todd, I didn't buy the brake booster kit. Its new and just ended up with it from someone elses project that it didn't get used on. Its one of the vendors kits but I have had it for probably 10 years. Its one step from the garbage can and a hydroboost setup. Was going to check it out today...

What other classic projects are in your garage (pics)

Besides the Bronco I'm building at home, I have a few different builds at work. The 58 Buick Riviera Super is rather unique. Bought a complete car which I cut in 1/2 length wise to hang on a customers garage wall. Its 1 of 3 I'm doing for him. The lights are all LED and the tires on this one...

**Fixed** ZF clutch issue - ZF driver feedback needed.

Ford used two different master cylinders and concentric slaves. I dont have the specs in front of me but I just changed the one in the Bronco I am currently building because the master cylinder bore was to small. My pedal ratio is right and the stroke on the cylinder is right but the output of...

    The boulevard buggy

Worked on all the door details today. Rebuilt the vent windows. Modified the window lifts to fit power window motors. Cleaned and modified the door latches for power door lock solenoids and wired those up. Replaced the centre of the dash panel since it was hacked. Hopefully the dash will be...

If it was going to go offroad I would lift the front but my wife will drive this one on the street only. She isn't a tall person, so losing a little height is the best thing. Correct, the front fenders are glass with the flares.

Been working quite a bit on assembly. Installed the tires, might have lower the rear. It has stock springs but the back end is to high for my liking. Heres a few pics

Anybody made their own 1/2 doors for roadster inserts?

I made these about 15 years ago. They have been reskinned once and are due for it again. Steel frame bottoms with HDPE plastic skin. The uppers are aluminum frame with sliding lexan windows.

    The boulevard buggy

We had a 2005 mustang this colour and I plan on putting some stripes on the Bronco. The taxi meter might be a plan since my kids want to drive it also. They need more practice with a manual first before they drive it. I think I'm the lucky one, with what I have into my Bronco and the trips I...

Got the tub painted tonight. Not enough room in the garage for all the other parts at once. I will get those painted next week. Pretty happy with it considering its my first time painting. I have done some painting but never a full vehicle.

    dana 30 king pin rebuild

The street only Bronco I am putting together is keeping the 30. I took all the parts to the auto parts store and matched up replacements. Easy deal to do. If your parts are still god you may get away with just reshiming.

    tire help, repair... sidewall

I got some barbed wire through a sidewall, tires were still 50% or more tread. Put a patch on the inside and daily drove it and wheeled it for 15 more months. Just made sure it stayed on the rear. Would have used it longer but I tore a 6" gash in another tire .

Been doing my favourite thing.....block sanding. But I got some paint on a couple of parts tonight. I'll do the final sand on the outer surface over the next few days. Then pull it all out to give the garage a real good clean. Cant wait to get the paint done , then its on to assembly, the fun part.

    TBI EFI debate

I have installed quite a few of the MSD systems and liked how they work. The last one I did had some major issues with the ecu. I did one of the holley systems on a stock 96 351w and it does work well but the handheld programmer is a piece of chit. The other problem I have had with it is the...
