    Transmission Lines

I'm running an AOD in my 74 against a 302 HO. I'm running #4 braided transmission line through 2 trans. coolers. The guy at the race shop I buy my fitting at said that #4 line was to small that I need to be running #6 to keep the cooling flow better. He advised I “might” be OK being I'm running...

I changed the module out twice, the cap/rotor, coil, complete dist. same prob. A friend said it might have had a crank sensor but I don't think 86 had one. I...

    Fuel rail v distributor

I put a 5.0 in my 74, I'm having a problem with the right fuel rail resting against the distributor not allowing me to even turn it to adjust the timing. It's an EFI type distributor, I have braded fuel line with racing connectors. Even with the 90' elbow, the fuel rail pushes against the...

    AOD Transmission to a 5.0

Swap I went with Bronco Graveyard, the mount does need to be moved back about 1/2 inch. I also have to Mod. the right side mount to the adapter because the top of the adapter was hitting the bottom of the trans. tunnel. Both of my driveshafts had to be mod. at a cost of $650.00 because of the...

Did you find it easier to cut a 2" hole in the firewall and feed the harness through to the motor or did you cut a larger hole and feed the computer head through to the cab??
